Lock Down In Comfort with Pretty Polly Loungewear

I was lucky enough to try some of the new Pretty Polly lounge wear range recently and now available from As someone who’s always on the go, as soon as I get the chance to put something comfy on and flop around the house I take it. My usually hectic life involves a 4:15am alarm call, 90 mins swimming training, rushing to work, returning home, cooking dinner, watching the telly, going to bed and repeating until Saturday. Currently under Covid-19 restrictions it involves getting up, swimming in my unheated paddling pool (tethered with bungee cords so I don’t go anywhere!) and getting out an hour later absolutely freezing and seeking a warm shower, followed by warm, practical clothing. My usual comfy clothing consists over-sized and unflattering joggers or (on occasion) even onesies. In my hectic life comfort takes priority, so to pull on feminine pastel colours in a comfortable stretchy but fitted fabric was a real novelty.

The Pretty Polly Casual Comfort lounge pants are lightweight yet warm and cut similarly to yoga pants. The Pretty Polly Casual Comfort vest top has a beautiful double strap, lace front and a seam which offers some support without the need for full on scaffolding. It is fitted (yet forgiving) and very pretty. The addition of the pastel pink Pretty Polly Casual Comfort Wrap Top offers both warmth & femininity. It ties at the waist and compliments the outfit perfectly.

So my shapeless joggers and onesies have been replaced with an outfit that’s just as comfortable and practical, but makes me feel great. Its versatility makes it perfect for lazy morning coffees, cooking meals, relaxing and chilling in the garden, particularly as the weather has been so gorgeous recently. Also perfectly suitable for the family video calls which are so important at the moment as we all adjust to the restrictions. The Pretty Polly Casual Comfort range really is one of those essential yet luxurious clothing items for our current world.
